Zhongxin Induction (CP Brand) boasts 20 years of profound experience in the manufacturing sector, including a dedicated decade of focus on the electronic components industry. As a premier source manufacturer, the company integrates the development of magnetic materials, independent R&D of production equipment, and the research, development, and manufacturing of passive components.

Deeply rooted in the miniaturization of passive components, the company specializes in stamped and molded alloy resistors, as well as one-piece molded cold/hot-pressed T-Core inductors. Its comprehensive product portfolio covers a diverse range of large-size and miniaturized inductor products, widely serving industries such as automotive electronics, 5G communications, new energy, industrial control, medical devices, consumer electronics, and robotics.

The company has strategically established three major R&D and production bases in Changzhou, Huizhou, and Suzhou, encompassing a total production area of over 82,000 square meters and a workforce of more than 200 employees. Our monthly production capacity reaches 100 million pieces (100KK) for alloy resistors, 50 million pieces (50KK) for molded inductors, and 150 million pieces (150KK) for T-Core inductors.

Focusing on independent R&D of magnetic material formulas, combined with mass production experience, we continuously optimize the production processes of molded inductors and alloy resistors, ensuring product performance from the source.

Comprehensive Verification Capabilities

Supporting a full range of experimental capabilities including custom sample development, rapid NPI verification, environmental reliability testing, and failure analysis, all strictly adhering to ISO/IATF16949 quality system standards.

Full-Chain R&D Support
