Since entering the passive components R&D and manufacturing field in 2016, Zhongxin Inductance (CP) has focused on two major product lines—alloy resistors and integrally molded inductors—adhering to an independent R&D path and gradually achieving self-reliance and controllability in material formulations, production equipment, and product design, forming distinctive technological and cost advantages in the industry.
The company’s core R&D team members mostly have more than 20 years of industry experience, covering multiple directions such as automated equipment R&D, magnetic material research, and product structure design. To date, the company has accumulated 4 national invention patents and 27 utility model patents. Its central laboratory can independently complete work such as material formulation R&D, new product prototyping and validation, reliability environmental testing, and failure analysis, enabling rapid response to customers’ customized needs and supporting the efficient implementation of NPI projects.
On the production side, the company has R&D and production bases in Changzhou, Huizhou, and Suzhou, with a total production area of more than 82,000 square meters and a workforce of more than 200 employees. Among them, monthly capacity for alloy resistors is 100KK, monthly capacity for integrally molded inductors is 50KK, and monthly capacity for T-Core inductors is 150KK. In 2025, overall revenue exceeded 120 million yuan. The production lines extensively adopt self-developed automated equipment, combined with the ERP system to achieve full-process production control, ensuring stable and controllable product yield and consistency.
