Recently, Zhongxin Inductance (CP) completed the expansion and upgrade of its large-size integrally molded inductor production line, which has now been officially put into operation. Monthly production capacity has increased from the original 50KKPCS to 100KKPCS, achieving a doubling of capacity scale and better meeting the large-volume supply needs of customers in fields such as new energy, industrial power supplies, and servers.
This expansion has simultaneously introduced multiple self-developed automated winding and spot-welding integrated machines, automatic hydraulic presses, and visual inspection equipment. All production stages are managed in real time through the ERP system, further ensuring product yield and batch consistency while increasing capacity. At present, the company’s integrally molded cold-pressed inductors (PKM/PKH series) cover the full range of package specifications from 0420 to 1260, suitable for power management solutions of different power levels.
